Sleeping arrangements include two master suites with king-size beds, two additional master suites with queen beds, and a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds. The bunk room includes flannel sheets for winter stays and cozy bedding for the rest of the year.
The lower level features a second living room with a kitchenette, perfect for snacks and drinks, as well as a full-size pool table and TV for entertainment. This level also includes a queen master suite with a full bathroom and laundry facilities.

Guests will also have access to Club Meadow Ridge, situated just 2 blocks away from the house.  The clubhouse passes will only allow for 8 people to use the clubhouse at one time.  The clubhouse features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness facilities, sauna, locker room, coin-operated laundry, racquetball courts, and tennis courts during the summer.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited. The Homeowner Association regulations do not allow smoking on the premises, and a fine of $200 per day will be imposed on guests who violate this rule.
