Our Valley View residence is an upscale contemporary getaway situated at Granby Ranch offering amenities not found in other nearby homes. Guests can relish the stunning mountain vistas from 1,000 square feet of covered patio, which includes a gas grill and various dining and lounge spaces and allows up to 2 dogs. This home comfortably hosts up to 12 guest.
Valley View is a residence meticulously crafted to offer an exceptional family-oriented experience for our visitors. The property features a range of supplementary amenities to guarantee comfort and convenience for guests of all ages. Notable amenities include a hot tub, a designated area for mountain bike maintenance, a high-speed mesh Wi-Fi network, an electric vehicle charger, and additional features. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 12 individuals across four bedrooms and a loft.
Bedroom #1 located on the main floor, features a king suite that includes a spacious and well-lit en suite bathroom equipped with a glass shower, double sinks and a soaking tub. This bedroom also offers a sliding door that leads directly to a large covered patio, as well as a walk-in closet that contains a safe.
Bedroom #2 is a king suite located on the second floor, featuring an en-suite bathroom. This room is characterized by its brightness, spaciousness and a high degree of privacy.
Bedroom #3 is a cozy queen-sized room situated on the lower walkout level.
Bedroom #4 serves as a bunk room featuring two sets of bunks situated on the lower walkout level. This room is equipped with various child-related items, including a pack-n-play, a baby monitor, a baby gate, a high chair and an infant tub. Additionally, a selection of children’s toys and games, as well as plastic plates, cups and utensils are provided for convenience.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades, Dohm sound machines and fans to ensure a comfortable sleeping environment.
The loft on the second floor is equipped with a designated workspace that features a sit/stand desk with 250 mbps high speed Wi-Fi making it an ideal spot for anyone needing remote work access. Additionally, this area functions as a game room, offering a wide variety of games, toys and puzzles for enjoyment. Furthermore, the loft is adorned with an elegant twin-sized daybed, complemented by a twin-sized trundle bed.
The lower level features a walkout family room equipped with a sizable television and a plush, spacious sectional, ideal for enjoying the big game or a movie night. Additionally, this room includes a wet bar with refrigerator and a high-top table for social gatherings. From this area, one can also access the private hot tub and the covered patio on the lower level.
Valley View offers an abundance of outdoor spaces, including 1,000 square feet of covered patios. The front porch is equipped with modern Adirondack chairs, providing a perfect spot to bask in the morning sun while taking in the views of the Continental Divide. At the rear of the house, a spacious covered porch features a gas grill, a cooler, several dining tables, lounge seating and stunning vistas of Ski Granby Ranch and the surrounding valley.
Additionally, the property includes an oversized two car garage with a lengthy driveway capable of accommodating four extra vehicles. The garage also provides ample storage for bikes and skis, along with a 240v/50amp EV charger for electric vehicle charging.
The residence is situated in an emerging neighborhood and guests at Valley View can enjoy a fitness center and pool, available for a daily fee of $10/person and kids under 8 are free. Important to note that there is a security camera outside the front door of the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke at the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $500 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
