Visitors may even spot a moose or fox strolling outside through the patio sliding doors at the Beaver Village Condos complex.  
The spacious kitchen is connected to the living and dining areas, allowing for quality time to be shared.  Additionally, the dining room features a large window that offers a picturesque view of the forest, perfect for enjoying during meals. 
The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed, television and a private full bathroom. The secondary bedroom provides two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom. 
Unit features include complimentary Wi-Fi, a cozy gas fireplace, in-floor heating, picturesque forest views, a convenient gas grill and a modern smart TV. Guests can also take advantage of the complimentary town shuttle.  Please note that there is no air conditioning in the unit.  The unit is conveniently located near the clubhouse and within walking distance to downtown.
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a $200 fine per day.
