The well-lit condo with two bedrooms is situated on the ground floor of the building, providing convenient access and a brief stroll to the primary clubhouse and complimentary town shuttle stop.
The recently completed kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, making it effortless to prepare meals or snacks.  It features modern appliances, cabinets and countertops.
The living room boasts a fireplace that is perfect for cool evenings in both summer and winter. Take a look at the books in the owner’s library neatly placed along the wall, ideal for days when you just want to stay indoors and read a book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV.  Guests can also access the private patio from the living area, and there is a queen sofa sleeper available for any smaller members in your group who may need an extra sleeping spot.  Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
The dining area seamlessly connects to the living and kitchen spaces, featuring new light fixtures and ample room at the spacious table.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, a flat screen TV and an attached full bathroom.  The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV.  Additionally, there is a second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway of the condo.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
