The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a spacious 32” flat screen TV, providing an ideal spot for unwinding after a day of activities in Winter Park.  It also includes an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, perfect for singles or children.  Another full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway of the unit.
The Clubhouse is just a brief stroll away from this unit located in the second cul-de-sac of the property, with the free town shuttle stops conveniently located just a few steps away.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.<
