The primary living space exudes a cozy lounge atmosphere, featuring seating for four at the kitchen bar alongside a more intimate seating arrangement for two. Additional ottomans can be brought over to accommodate up to four guests at the table, perfect for celebrating the day's achievements in the fresh air. From the inviting sectional, one can select their preferred view - whether it be the warmth of the gas fireplace, the television or the picturesque sight through the sliding glass door leading to the private deck, which includes a gas grill and offers glimpses of the Continental Divide. A fully equipped kitchen has all you need for enjoying a meal anytime of day.  Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed designed in the Tempur-pedic style, complete with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed offering a Queen-sized mattress on the lower level and a Twin-sized mattress on the upper level, along with a full bathroom. Additionally, an air mattress can be found in the closet. 
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
