The condominium has recently undergone a kitchen renovation, featuring new wood cabinetry, tiled flooring, countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The dining area provides a comfortable space for up to six individuals and is integrated into the open floor plan, allowing for engagement in various activities. The living room is furnished with cozy seating, a gas fireplace and a television equipped with a DVD player enhance relaxation, while the private deck offers scenic views of the surrounding forest from this ground floor unit.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available. 
The Master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a TV, accompanied by a modernized bathroom that includes dual vanity sinks and is designed for accessibility with a roll-in shower.  The second bedroom is equipped with a queen over queen bunk bed, providing additional space for comfort compared to standard bunk bed configurations.  Additionally, a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway.
Building 18 is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the clubhouse and is situated in the 15 – 20 cul de sac area of the property.  All guests have easy access to the complimentary town shuttle, which stops near the entrance of the main building. 
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
