The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen tv and an updated bathroom designed with a cozy mountain theme.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, while the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements.  A second remodeled bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway.
Situated in the town of Winter Park, this property offers a prime location for summer music festivals and events within walking distance.  During the winter months, guests can utilize the complimentary town shuttle service that operates throughout the condominium complex, providing direct transportation to Winter Park Resort for skiing or snowboarding adventures.  Additionally, mountain biking, hiking and snowshoeing trails are readily accessible behind the condominium, establishing this lodging as a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.  Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the clubhouse, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the unit.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
