The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen tv and a complete bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and has access to the bathroom located in the hallway.
The condominium is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, just a brief  stroll from the Clubhouse in building #19.  Additionally, a complimentary town shuttle stop is merely a few steps from the front entrance.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
