The presence of vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of spaciousness in the primary living area, while the picturesque views of Winter Park Resort contribute an appealing element to this vacation rental.  The expansive dining room accommodates ample seating for meals, and the main living area of the condominium features a gas fireplace, fostering a cozy atmosphere that invites relaxation after an active day at Winter Park Resort or in the nearby town.  Additionally, a  private deck offers a secondary space for unwinding and appreciating the surroundings; situated on the third floor, it ensures tranquility with no occupants above to disrupt the serenity.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The master bedroom is equipped with a  king-sized bed, ample space, a flat screen TV and a modernized bathroom that boasts granite countertops, new cabinetry and updated flooring. The second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom, which has been similarly updated with granite countertops, new cabinetry and flooring.
Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, within a brief walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
