This remarkable three-bedroom, three-bathroom accommodation can comfortably host up to ten guests.  It features additional  in-unit amenities such as a washer and dryer and the private balconies collectively measure 258 square feet.
The property offers several common area amenities, including an elevator that provides access to each floor from the underground parking area, as well as coin-operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
