The private patio provides a view of the mountains and the adjacent forest and it can be accessed directly from the living room. Adjacent to the primary entrance of the unit, there is a bathroom featuring a new installed vanity and toilet.
The upper level of the unit features a newly installed king-sized bed along with modern furnishings and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds.  Additionally, the second full bathroom, located in the common hallway, boasts new ceramic tile flooring, a vanity and a cabinet.
The Hideaway Village complex offers a tranquil yet accessible setting, located only a few minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski Resort. Visitors can take advantage of a comprehensive trail system available throughout the year, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, all just a short distance away.  Additionally, it is situated along the complimentary town shuttle route to both Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park. 
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
