This exceptionally luminous and welcoming condominium features breathtaking mountain views from three private decks situated on the building’s third floor.  It is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Winter Park and roughly three miles from the Winter Park Resort.  The complimentary town shuttle stops directly in front of the complex, providing effortless access to both the ski area and downtown, making it an ideal choice for your next ski or summer vacation. 
The living room features a wood burning fireplace and a 45 inch  flat screen HDTV, which can be viewed comfortably from the spacious sectional sofa.  Sliding glass doors provide access to a private deck that offers beautiful views of the surrounding forest. The open floor plan integrates the living room and dining area, which includes a dining table that seats four, along with extra seating at the breakfast bar.  Please note that there is no air conditioning.<
The master bedroom is spacious, featuring a King-sized bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom is also well-appointed, offering a King-sized bed and direct access to the expansive private deck, along with access to the hallway bathroom. Additionally, the living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper, accommodating a total of six guests in the condo.
The property offers a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tubs, and a dry sauna.  Additionally, there is a small fitness room, a yoga studio, a spacious game room and laundry facilities available for a fee.  Guests can also enjoy complimentary covered parking in the open garages for one vehicle, with extra parking available outside.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
