Guests can also access the private outdoor hot tub for relaxation.
The second level features an expansive open floor plan, characterized by numerous windows that highlight stunning views of the Continental Divide.  The vaulted ceilings contribute to a sense of spaciousness throughout the room.  The kitchen is generously sized, ideal for both cooking and entertaining, equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliance and a breakfast bar,  It also provides access to a private deck, complete with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area.  The dining space accommodates a large table comfortably seating up to eight individuals.  
The expansive living room features a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV, creating an inviting open space for all to enjoy.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available.  The main floor includes a master suite equipped with a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom, as well as a small powder room for general use. 
The upper level features a private loft space, ideal for enjoying a book following an active day at Winter Park Resort or throughout the Winter Park and Grand County Area.  Secluded from the remainder of the residence, this level also includes a spacious bedroom suite equipped with a queen bed and an expansive master bathroom, providing a serene environment for relaxation.  
The complimentary town shuttle has a stop in close proximity to the property, providing convenient transportation options for those who prefer not to drive.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
