The lower level of the townhome includes the second bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and has an en-suite full bathroom.  Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available for the convenience of  guests.  The third bedroom, also situated on this level, is generously sized and features a queen bed along with a full bathroom.
The Timber Ridge townhome complex is conveniently located near Wolf Park, which presents numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation year-round.  Residents can partake in activities such as snow play, basketball, and picnics, as well as enjoy the children's playground. The serene environment, along with its accessibility to Main Street, renders it an ideal option for couples or singles in search of affordable and comfortable vacation accommodations.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
