Upon entering, you are welcomed by a main floor that includes a custom storage area for your outdoor equipment, facilitating easy access for your adventures. The upper-level living space boasts custom plank hardwood flooring, ample room for relaxation while taking in the mountain vistas, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to this area, a large dining table can seat up to fourteen guests, allowing you to savor meals while enjoying views of the forest and mountains. The kitchen is generously sized, equipped with stainless steel appliances, abundant countertop space, custom cabinetry, a pantry, and a kitchen island. It also provides access to a half bathroom and a large deck featuring a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor dining, as well as a private hot tub for relaxation in the mountain air.
The primary level of the residence features three bedrooms and bathrooms, providing a delightful and restful night's sleep after a day filled with various local activities. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a single vanity and a tiled shower enclosure, conveniently located adjacent to the main living area. The second and third bedrooms are situated along the hallway leading from the main kitchen area. The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds, making it an ideal space for children. This room shares the main hallway bathroom, which includes a tiled shower and a single vanity. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin day bed positioned by the main window, suitable for children or a single occupant. The spacious en-suite full bathroom features the added luxury of a jetted soaking tub.
The topmost third level of the residence offers a retreat for everyone to indulge in an evening of entertainment and leisure. Numerous cozy sofas are arranged around the open floor layout, featuring pool table and ample windows that allow for scenic views and the warmth of sunlight. Additionally, this level includes a private secondary king suite bedroom, complete with a full bathroom that has a single sink vanity and a tiled shower enclosure.
The lower level of the residence features two additional bedrooms, bathrooms, a game room, a laundry area, and access to a private patio. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two queen-sized beds and a fireplace situated in the corner, perfect for enjoying cozy winter nights. The second bedroom also contains two queen beds. Each bathroom is complete with full en-suite facilities. The spacious laundry room, which includes a washer and dryer, also offers a foosball table for entertainment while laundry is in progress.
This exceptional and distinctive residence is located just 150 yards from the Winter Park slopes, offering a unique experience during the ski season, allowing for quick returns home for meals or accommodating various schedules within a group. The outdoor parking area in front of the residence can hold up to six vehicles, and the complimentary town shuttle stops at the end of the road, though it necessitates a downhill walk of about 300 meters.
